I get sick very very often and It has been driving me crazy but this week even more so. I got sick last Wednesday and missed practice Thursday and Saturday, Monday I was pretty much better and was back to doing my everyday activities but Tuesday I woke up not feeling top notch, I felt worse then I had the previous day but with new and different symptoms. I decided to miss practice Tuesday and now it is Wednesday and I find my self laying in bed sick with a cold ( A different illness then I had last week) having two sicknesses in a row seems kind of extreme. It's not the most gymnastics related thing but please let me know if you have any advise for getting better faster. Thanks!

I'd say try going to the doctor... you might have a vitamin deficincy. Also make sure that when your sick you allow yourself at least 24 hours without feeling sick at all before going to gymnastics.
 
Vitamins, diet and sleep. Doc visit, to make sure its not bacterial.
