I’m looking into going to beam queen boot camp this summer. I’m training level 7 and I’m 13, and I’m wondering if I skew old? Will there be girls my age? I see a lot of younger girls going and just want to make sure I won’t be the odd one out.
Does anyone have tips/drills for getting my shoulders/butt over in my cast handstand? No matter how hard I try, my weight is always behind the bar. I’ve already done the drills where’re you jump to handstand and birdie pitch to handstand. Anyone know how to help?
Follow up question, does the layout have to be round off handspring layout or just roundoff layout. I’ve read contradictory things and want to see if it has to be in a pass of 3 skills
I am currently Xcel Platinum, training level 7. I have competed my back full this entire season. I was wondering if you had to do roundoff handspring layout? Could the layout be a full or does it have to be a layout?

My gym bronzes do 6 hours, silver does 8, gold/platinum does 12 and Diamond/sapphire does 14. We use xcel as a replacement for compulsory, so after gold or platinum you can go to optional or stay xcel
