Hello, I am an xcel platinum who wants to try to do xcel diamond next year. I need ideas for what I should mostly focus on to become a diamond by next season. (I also do HS gymnastics, which is around levels 8-9 in my state)

My practices are 6-9 pm on weekdays (2 days), and 8-11 am on weekends (1 day) + 30 minute commute.

Floor line, laser beam, low beam with panel mats (remove panels as you go), low beam, high beam with resi, high beam

You will need at least a back salto to not have any difficulty deductions, but it will not affect your start value

We are a bigger gym. We have 1 (preteam), 2 (split comp and preteam), 3-4, 6-10, xcel silver (preteam), gold, platinum, and diamond, + boys team. Here is a rough estimate of how many of each level we have

I think it will be better for you to not work back handsprings on beam (especially at home), without proper training or experience for your safety. You are also not required to have a back handspring on beam in any level.
I will say, I am an xcel platinum this year (we have pretty such the same routines on all events), and I also competed High school (level 8 with level 9 bonus in my state), and I scored 1 26, 2 27s, and 1 29. So if your daughters does care lower scores, then I would suggest either moving to...
