Just piggy backing on what another commenter said, a low bar vs. high bar kip are very different skills. The movement and timing are different, a low bar kip is out of a glide swing and a high bar kip is out of a tap swing. Your timing with the high bar kip could be off which could be affecting...
She seems to be at varying levels on different events. With a few more skills she could compete level four. She could also compete a solid level three season and score well.
