Can anyone tell me what they know about the back handspring Onodi series? Any info about it would be much appreciated , difficulty , level, etc. or general thoughts.
My daughter keeps being told that she needs to reach more, both in her back hand springs on floor and vault. She isn’t quite sure what they mean and anything her coach says isn’t clicking. Any suggestions?
Hello, I am a 17-year-old boy. I dance and am doing a proud off handspring tuck in my show. I did gymnastics when I was young and cheer more recently. I used to be able to do this, but I always had trouble with undercutting my springs and looking back on tucks. Any help would be appreciated.

My daughter (L4 training 5-6) has a great round off back hand spring and round off two back hand springs but whenever she does any back hand spring (standing or in series) her left arm bends. She is making all corrections and trying very hard but it keeps bending. Coaches aren’t worried but...

So I'm an adult gymnast (clearly from username), 22yo and trying to achieve my back handspring. I can do it pretty well spotted but eventually I would love to do it standing and connected to a roundoff. I love practicing them but I feel like maybe my coach isn't ready to let me try it on my own...
My daughter is requesting help with her back handspring, this is one of her better attempts. At times she struggles with undercutting, she seems to be landing heavily on her hands but she's not sure how to fix it. Any suggestions are much appreciated.

Hi, I've been trying to learn my back handspring for about 3 months now, but I can't seem to get it right. I've been practicing with those round/octagonal barrel things and I can do it fairly well with them or when someone is spotting me. But when I try to do it on trampoline or tumble trak...
Hi everyone. I can do a round off backhand spring back tuck, but I always have an archy one. I know it’s because I am afraid that I won’t make it over... although when I do a round of handspring set it is high enough. I am pretty tall for a gymnast though. Also, I am floppy. I try to tighten...

So, I got my roundoff back handspring back tuck at the end of October 2019. I did really amazing ones throughout November. I was very confident with them, had tons of height and power, and they were amazing. At my inter-squad meet in November the pass was perfect!
I continued doing them...
