I need to add the sheep jump into my routines for next year, settling for a really good one on floor and maybe a wimpy one on beam. Anyway, I have a pretty flexible back, I can put my feet flat on the floor with my chest on the ground (if you know what I mean?) so I didn't think it would be too...
Our DD made the jump from L5 to L7 last year. After a chaotic beginning and move up L6 meet where she scored 34.something things finally came around by the end of the year.

I am trying to improve my sheep jumps (on floor).
I cannot get my feet high enough consistently. Does anyone have any ideas or tips for doing them??
I have been doing them with light weights on my ankles but it does not seem to be helping that much..... (on my other jumps the difference is...
