Non quarantine related question about the bars. My daughter and I were talking about what she’s looking forward to working on when gym reopens. Bars is her favorite event. She did level 9 last year and will no doubt repeat but is looking forward to working upgrades. One release she is eager...
Just curious....
Is there a list that shows "easiest to most difficult" (if that's a real thing)?
And when did your DD's start training them?
And when can they compete said release moves?
And any other "need to know" info...
Thanks!
I am looking to compete Xcel diamond which requires a release move or pirouette on bars. I think the release move is my best bet. What is considered the easiest or most basic release move? Thanks!

2) what type of release moves and/or bar changes fulfill the L9 requirements.
3) my daughter is definitely moving to L9 this year. But it...

I am just looking for...
I am just wondering something....my daughter has a stress fracture with a grade 1 slippage of her vertebra. She is training L10 and is under the care of a doctor who has approved of her continuing in the sport. (she trains 36 hours per week) She hasn't had any problems lately until she...
