Release moves or high to low

I say bail to handstand. You already have a D release so work on getting a D transition. I feel like having that nice, consistent D transition is a must (bail handstand, pak...)

Ok. I think I'll go for the bail.
Another question-
my teammate has been given the option of a release move or a bail, which one should she do?(bars isn't her strongest event, and she doesnt have any other releases yet)

Deffinetly a bail. It's easier to learn even though it can be worth the same as a release (D). It's also a level 9 (and 10 and elite) requirement to have a transition from low to high and it's not a requirement to have a single rail release until elite, even though its preffered in level 10. That's weird that she has a choice as its common to have a transition first (Lvl 9) then a release in level 10.

I just read your original post and you don't have a bail, do you have another transition?

actually, you have to do SOMETHING to get from the high to the low. that is a requirement. remember, you can't just jump down and then glide kip.:) lol.

and you do have to have a "big" release on the same rail at some point.
