My daughter is starting her 2nd yr as Lv 5. They are training Lv 6 skills, and she is having a problem with her backwalk over on beam. She is not afraid to bend back, but she is having a hard time getting both of her hands to land on the beam. Anybody have some suggestions?
Thanks a bunch.

Hi all ,
I have been on CB for about 6 months I think. My DD is 11yr. old level 8. Although I own a photography studio, I am not a photographer. I find it a real challenge to take good pictures of my DD during meets. With the no flash rule and very challenging lighting conditions. I started a...

I always get stuck a little ways before the handstand position when I do a back limber. Am I not leaning back over my wrists enough? I know I have trouble controlling wobbles in my back/torso. That could be a problem when I'm trying to get out of the arched position to a straight, hollow...
I am currently without a gym or coach, I had to stop about 5 years ago and am just getting back into it. I don't think I'll be able to go to classes again any time soon either. I only know the basics (the easiest beam mounts and dismounts, handstands, back bends, cartwheels, round offs, etc.)...
Normally I just learn stuff by rote and writing them out over and over again, but there's so much to learn for English this year (as well as everything else) I'm finding it isn't really helping much.
Anyone got any tips to help remember quotes from a novel, two short stories and Othello?

Any ideas of things she can do at home to work on it that will help her get there?
I have an extremely talented gymnast who is very good on all peices except vault. She is 8 in year, and cant run. I mean cannot run to save herself!! Her rebound isnt great either.
She does have some power and fast twitch (she can standing flick step out on beam etc) but she cannot run at...
