What are some strength workouts I can do to make different parts of my body stronger for my gymnastics *at home*? I have a chin-up/pull up bar, 8-pound weights, and an exercise ball at home. and what all besides my arms, core, and back do I need to work for [men's] gymnastics? thanks in advance ;)

I am looking for tips for my level 5 DD to improve her tap swings. They are not that bad, but they need to be a little bigger.
Also, on the swing back, are judges looking at the height of the feet? I have heard that they are looking for them to be at least at the line of the low bar...
looking to use these as a second b in a 7 or 8 bar routine. Giant not quite there . Girl has tons of stregth just fear and would like to try these skills to see if they could be an option.
i can do them the right way but they always end up super slow! i stay tight, try to snap my legs down, have a deep sit and fast jump back into it i just don't understand why they always end up so slow!

Are there any tips for faster round-off back handspring back handsprings? The floor at my gym is stiff so its harder tumble on. My coaches say that my second back handspring is the same speed as the first so is there any tips to make it faster?

Are there any tips for connecting front handspring-back tuck on beam? I can do front handspring- back handspring fine, but for some reason I can't do the back tuck as easily. And by the way I'm not scared to go, I've done a lot of them, just I can't seem to connect most of them.

I am just learning the front arial, and though I have almost have it already, I think that better form and technique would take some of the emphasis of of trying to force it. You know what I mean... when you have a trick down to a science, it takes less strength than trying to just force it out...
