Maybe. Not sure how you could use a back hip circle without incurring a pause or empty swing deduction unless there are additional rule changes. I suppose you could somehow be facing the low bar and go into an underswing front flyaway, but that's not very realistic at this level. Right now you can't swing back then forward into a back flyaway like you would have to from an underswing. Or I guess this is part of the hecht dismount thing...but that also seems unlikely.
It's easier without a doubt though. The bar requirements are easier than the new level 5, which is slightly easier than old 6 (angle requirements easier).
