Provincials are coming up! Yay! We just got our schedule and turns out I am competing bright and early at 7:30 AM! I'm not what we call a morning person though, and I don't want my performance to suffer because of this.
What should I eat/drink in order to have energy and be able to sustain it? Nuts and meat is out of the question as I am deathly allergic to nuts and a vegetarian (though I eat eggs and dairy).
