okay. ive been doing gymnastics since i was 7 and i was a level 9 gymnast but 2 years ago i injured my back(had a herniated disc), so i restarted gymnastics again this summer and im going to compete, but its only for a YMCA gym. but is there any tips or suggestions you can give me to help me get my strength and flexibility back to what it used to be.
