I have used the vitamin e at night and put her hands in socks which by morning they feel much better and heal fast. It takes a little while for the hands to condition to the bars but once that happens the hands stay blister free (usually). My DD had to take a month off because of injury and just starting back on bars has a blood blister which is really anoying her so she knows how your daughter feels!
