I'm glad our gym doesn't let u watch practice. To much time imo. I'd rather go home and hang out with the family than sit around for 3 hrs and watch drill after drill.

Although people probably consider me a cgd. I always try to volunteer for things or help with the pto in fundraising. Work meets all that stuff. Not that I want to be crazy. I just want to help when I can and provide comedic relief when necessary. So maybe im a Comedic gym dad. Lol

You don't sound like a CGD you sound like a great GD. Being helpful and supportive is great, the CGM or CGD is usually over controlling and critical but not helpful. Also, everyone needs the comedic relief.

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
