Geddert's conditioning program is awesome! Hold onto yourself though it needs to be implemented in phases as it is very difficult. When I was coaching we started the program and noticed a big difference. But the girls were very sore and we had to back it down into phases. It depends on the type of gym you are in. For example, the old gym where my daughter used to go was very light on conditioning, so the program was difficult. Where she is now it would look no different than what she does every day because she is training for elite. But it is an excellent program.

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
