Hello everyone!

My name is Coach Casie. I am currently coaching recreational gymnastics in Shanghai, China. I have experience coaching club gymnastics in the states both competitive and recreation, I've also coached high school teams and gym for toddlers. Hope to help and hope to learn more about this fantastic sport.

That's really interesting..keep us posted on how it's going...I saw a flyer at our state meet last year that related to coaching recreational gymnastics in China and how it was kind of a new concept there. I would totally have done that if I were still young and single, lol. I bet it will be an amazing experience!
