An Introduction :)

Hi Everyone-

I am so glad to have found this site! I have one DD, who is 7, in her first year of competition at level 3. Her sister, who is 9 does rec gymnastics, and will be in Prep Bronze next year.My 7 year old has the gym bug bad, and has taken to the sport like a fish to water. She learns skills really fast, is really flexible, and loves meets. Our 9 year old is very excited to be on a team next year and hopefully it will work out, because she has always been stressed about being tiny for her age and gymnastics is a great sport for the vertically challenged !
I know almost nothing about competitive gymnastics, and have alot of questions that I will post shortly.

Welcome to CB! I have a 9 year old DD in Step 4 (kind of like level 4) and a 10 year old DD who used to do rec gym and still does rec trampolining. I've learned a lot at this site.
