I’m about 90% sure that it’s just stress/overuse, it’s not constant, just when I’m active. If I didn’t have states in a week, I would. Thank you though.These were both recommendations from our PT when my daughter needed one temporarily when coming back from an injury. I would highly recommend seeing an ortho/PT first figure out what’s wrong vs just bracing.
