Another sizing question

Ok, so now I am wondering how Motionwear compares to Gk for sizing. I have learned long ago, not to go by size charts. So I am wondering what I would wear in Motionwear if I am an AL in Gk! Thanks!

Motionwear I have noticed runs oddly. I usually wear an AL/XL in Gk and alpha factor, but I once tried on an AS in motionwear and it fit, but tried on a different motionwear in AL and it barely fit-maybe it was mismarked

In my experience, Motionwear is inconsistent with the sizing. It's a try before you buy kind of thing. Different fabrics and cuts seem to really stretch differently.
