Parents Any suggestions for full turn on the beam?

Not a dancer but we teach spotting also.
We do 1/4 turn drills in coupe and passe. So lunge, move to passe, lift on to releve and turn 1/4 turns at a time holding between each turn till the 1/2 or full turn is completed.
