Injury Arch support question

Not for this specific thing... however... we have tried supporting the arch before. I have to say it is one of the hardest things to do. We have tried the typical low-dye many times with limited success.

We did the below... cover tape + leukotape...



Then we made some custom arch support pads by wrapping up a bunch of athletic tape into a pad and then taping them to the arch of the foot to hold it up. We did this over the top of the above tape job. We then did a regular ankle tape job over the top of it all. That is probably the best result we ever got... but still limited at best
