My daughter started gymnastics on her 6th birthday back in September, she was moved straight into an intermediate group and trains 10.5hrs a week (3.5hr x 3) which she seems to cope with fine but then she doesn't normally go to bed until 9pm anyway (we get home at 8.20pm on the nights she trains)

My dd's group is called Intermediate C, is the Intermediate group in your dd's gym a competition group training for Grades or a rec group?

Erm I don't know I'm new to all this lol
It's not a rec group, I have heard other mums refer to it as junior elite
The girls all did a comp/ grade 13 and 14 last week but my daughter couldn't do them as she's not old enough

They run quite a few rec groups but they don't train in the holidays ect where my daughter does

She does have a comp in June she's doing though x

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
