Women Artistry Deductions in Bronze?

I remember that there used to not be artistry deduction in Bronze, but then I heard talk of adding one being added but didn't know if it had ever happened or was just talk.

Since my Bronze girls are 5, 6 & 7, let’s hope not.

There have always been artistry deductions in bronze, same across all Xcel levels. Maybe you are thinking of composition deductions? Xcel does not have composition deductions(ie difficulty/variety of skill choice deductions) like JO.

B. Characteristics of excellent Artistry include:
1. Originality / Creativity of choreography in elements and connections up to 0.10 *
2. Quality of Gymnast’s movement to reflect Personal Style up to 0.10 *
3. Quality of Expression (i.e., projections, focus) up to 0.10 *

* maximum deduction of 0.10 in each category
