I'm sharing this with my dd , she has gotten hurt so much lately but I keep reminding her what she to,d me after her confusion ( non gymnastics related ) that kept her out of school for a month . She told me " mom I can do anything after coming back from this" I think she needs a reminder that she will get back and this is great
