Start off by always walking around with your chest open and shoulders back.
One shoulder stretch I've found rather helpful is using a PVC tube. Hold the tube behind your back going straight up. Then grab it with your other arm back behind your head. Pull with your bottom arm to streth the top arm, or pull with your top arm to stretch your bottom arm. Both are helpful. I hope this makes sense.
Another stretch can be done in a standard size doorway. Put one arm on each side of the doorway with your elbows at a 90 degree angle. Then lean forward until you feel a stretch.
