Literally ANYTHING at all would be so helpful ..
I need conditioning, drills, anything that would help with a back extension roll! I do the push up ones, where you squat and put your hands by your ears and push up to handstand, I don't need the straight arm one until level 6 at my gym (we start team at level 7).
I roll back, and drive my entire lower and upper body up towards the ceiling but I roll over my head and shoulder, my arms don't/can't push up.
*conditioning can be really hard
