I am working on level 8 in trampoline and tumbling. I am trying to do a barani from the first bed of the double mini to the second bed of the double mini and then a back tuck/layout off of it. I keep landing with my feet in front of me which causes me to fly backwards. Which then makes it very difficult to do the back tuck/layout. Any suggestions or drills to do that will help??
