Hello All! I am a level 3 gymnast in 3/4 events and I got bumped up from level 1 because of my skills on vault, beam, and floor, however I still cant compete due to my bars skills. I am struggling to learn my pullover and back hip circle, but my coaches say that I can compete after I learn these skills. Any tips? thanks,

To help get your pullover really work on getting arm and core strength. Some drills for the pullover could be putting a block in front of the bar, hold onto the bar sort of in a chip up posistion, put both feet, on the block, and then kick over to do the pullover. Once you get that start using a lower/ shorter block and then a pannel mat.

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
