Gymnasts Bars struggle

Hi all! Im a 12 year old gymnast who struggles with her bars. I started late, and then I had to stop during covid because we live in Asia, so I has had to work hard just to continue. I am tall (like 5"4), and stuggle with my squat on and baby giant and other bars.. Can I have some tips to do at home and at practice to help to nail them?

defintely handstands against the wall helps w form, and arm conditioning j so u have the stregnth, good luck! also theres a squat on dill with the floor bar where u jump on.
