Hi everyone
So I can do a bhs on high beam by myself with 2 eight inches under it. My coach won't let me do them without the mats until I can do it on the low beam. Whenever I do it on the low beam by myself I always can't land it. I always split the beam and land hard on my knees. I don't know how to land it and I need to get it by next Thursday. Helppppp
