Hello, I am currently back to training after about a month off. I have realized that I need to work on my endurance when running (not that it was ever good anyway, I can barely run for 5 minutes without stopping or feeling nauseous)

Are there any endurance exercises that you would recommend that are not running (however, if you think running is a better way to work on endurance, do you have any tips to not feel as sick or nauseous during running?)

Thank you!

Do it way more slowly. Jogging, not running. If you can no longer talk in full sentences it is too fast. May be slower than walking in the beginning. Build it up from there. Jogging - walking - jogging and so on is enough. Three times a week, about 30-40 minutes each should be fine for an active athlete like yourself. Have fun! A month of that should prepare you for faster and interval work (which you should still be doing during your gymnastics classes).
