Her dad is a very liked ped in our area. Not sure if he is still in practice, I think he is though.
I read the book when it first came out. Definitely not a "fluff" gymnastics book. I especially enjoyed reading it because I am from the same area that she grew up and know the gyms she spoke about. After reading the book though, I can say that I am happy that I am not a part of her immediate family as I thought she was pretty harsh toward them and have the feeling that she is still quite bitter.

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
