Coaches Chest handstand- not mount

I have an Xcel Gold who sits on the beam and moves into a chest handstand. She has been competing this all season with no problem and even had a judge tell her to take an extra acro out of her routine because she doesn't need it because she has the chest handstand in there. However, at our last meet, the judge said it wasn't in the code of points except as a mount and therefore she didn't get credit for it. Is this in the code of points anywhere? I haven't found it yet, but I'm still looking I'd like to carry a copy in case we meet that judge again...

Most judges will count it, but for those that don't, file paperwork for new element evaluation.
They will give it a value (probably an A) and paperwork to take to meets to show the judges for the season. Hopefully, they remember to add it to the Code after that.
If I were you, I would send it to both Xcel and JO for evaluation
