I have a lot of trouble with clear hips. I can make it to just above horizontal by myself and can struggle up to handstand with a heavy spot. I know my problem is that I pull into the bar too much and don't lean back enough but I'm having trouble fixing it. My coach is pretty helpful but I just wanted to ask for tips in case someone phrases something differently and it clicks. Thanks!
