wants DD to get a "dance" belt for posture at home. She is 6 and small for her age. Does anyone know where to get a small enough belt and what exactly they are called. When I googled "dance belt" it came up with a male thong .

LOL, yes, that's basically what a dance belt is. Try searching for a belly band. It's also pretty easy to make your own with a strip of elastic.

the cheapest and easiest way is to go to walmart and get elastic that is 1" to 1.5" inches thick. then you can measure your dd and see how small it needs to be. if she outgrows it you should have plenty of elastic leftover. allow an extra inch or so to make sure you have room to sew it closed and she's good to go!
