So while I was learning my kip, I would sometimes pull up on the bar the wrong way and kind of twist my shoulder inward. One time I did it and my collarbone started really bothering me; I have my kip now but it still hurts almost every time I do a kip and it's been like 2 months! Even though I hadn't done gym for a week because of the holidays, I went to open gym yesterday and it's STILL bothering me. I went to a chiropractor but it didn't help any... It'll get sore during gym and then even sorer the day after. It's really bugging me!! I've told my parents about it but they just say "oh that's too bad" and don't talk about asking a doctor or doing anything about it really... Any advice?? It hurts mostly in the middle and on the end of the bone closest to the throat.
