Was having a conversation with my daughter regarding what vault she was training on for next season so I thought I would look up her options. (Bit of a novice). Can someone decode what the FF means in the allowable vault? For instances, RO, FF on -> Repulsion (with flight to feet) off. What is the FF? Forward Facing?
