Try to control your nerves. At my gym, sometimes, our coach makes everyone in the gym stop and watch someone's routine so we stay used to performing under pressure.
Also, smile for the judges.
Try your hardest, there's no other feeling like the feeling you get when you nail a routine, and you walk off the mat like you own the place:)
