hi guys im a L7 and i know its rlly hard to find good gymnasts workouts online so i made one and i wanna share it
can u all try it and tell me what level you are and let me know how it goes
ABS:
10 v ups
10 alternating leg v ups
10 flutter kicks
10 hollow rocks
10 sec hollow hold
1 min plank

15 v ups
15 alternating leg v ups
15 flutter kicks
15 hollow rocks
15 sec hollow hold
1 min plank

20 v ups
20 alternating leg v ups
20 flutter kicks
20 hollow rocks
20 sec hollow hold
1 min plank

30 sec right side plank
30 sec right side plank dips
30 sec left side plank
30 sec left side plank dips

30 sec plank
30 sec mountain climbers
30 sec cross mountain climbers
