Anyone have a good conditioning list for at home? I am working on my press handstand and need more core, and arm conditioning. Thanks!

Core
1 minute hollow hold
1 minute arch hold
30 single leg V snaps
30 tuck snaps
20 V snaps
15 flutter/scissor alternate in both hollow and arch
1 minute plank
1 minute front support

Arms
12 of each kind of push-up (normal, knees, triceps, a-frame, down and hold)
70 mountain climbers (35 each side)
20 each arm plank to front support
1 minute handstand hold (against wall for balance)
35 handstand shoulder shrugs
10 tic-tocs (non-stop)
10 handstand touch opposite shoulder
15 seconds presses/levers (don't know what you call them) (Straddle,tuck,pike and v)

I hope that helped, thats the one I use which my coach gave me and it works for me :)
