does anybody have some core exercises besides leg lifts for keeping your feet off the ground during a kip
 
lying down leg lifts, tucked leg lifts, half leg lifts, leg lifts over here... leg lifts over there...

Just kidding (kinda). Keep conditioning your leg lifts as long as you are doing bars. Here's a 5 minute core routine:

Idk who the coach is, but I like his style.

I think it's useful to practice multiple glides in a row, as well - you basically need an excess of leg lifting ability to be able to handle the force of dropping into a glide on the low bar.
