Covid symptom relief

Sooooo I have COVID. Sorta thought this thing was over but guess not. Thought I was just gonna swing through the pandemic without getting it but tested positive today. So that’s fun. For anyone who has had covid, what can I do to relieve the discomfort? Hot baths/showers, hot food, cold food, etc?
