Thanks for helping me see the other side folks. There was something about this post that concerned me for some reason... cant really put my finger on it. Anyway, the OP got some good advice which is great. Good luck to all involved.

Honestly, I would agree with staying off the wrists for 1-2 weeks if not 3-4 pending but would not agree on staying out of the gym for that long.

My only question is what sort of wrist prehab she was doing in her gym beforehand, if any at all. I wouldn't be surprised if there was only minimal to no work being done, especially it being WAG.
