She is 5 (6 in a month).
She can't even touch her toes without telling me it hurts. It seems to hurt when she rounds her back.
Her gym class does some back bridging and kick over stuff but it's not much, really. However...she seems to spend her life doing handstands to bridge on our ottoman and then kicking back over. I do not encourage it...but I don't stop it either.
Should I be concerned? She shouldn't be hurting this young!!!
It's not terrible...I didn't even notice she was hurting til she told me.
I had her lay on some ice and gave her a strict NO gymnastics at home rule for a while.
