It's not in the Olympics because some powers that be decided that there's enough gymnastic type events, as I understand it.

Worlds are pretty cool, though.

At my gym, we have a tumbling rod like that, it's really fun! Though, I don't know why you can't compete with it.

Tumbling should be an Olympic event,.. I find it strange that they can add something like "Beach Vollyball",.. but not tumbling.... something is not right here!?!?

Politics and REALITY. Summer Olympics are too busy to add more sports. That is why they chopped up the sport of Trampoline-n-tumbling and Only took Tramp into the Olympics. (stupid move IMHO but they have to cut somewhere.

IMHO push for winter Olympics. Far less requirements to become an Winter Sport. Would be a PERFECT complement to Arial Skiing. Go ahead and pull Double Mini and Synchronized Tramp in as well
