I am 17 years old and my parents won't let me do gymnastics, yet. I am 99% sure that they will let me after school is done for the year. We do have a workout center not far from our house, 3 minuets by driving, we also have a yoga place in the next town over, but in my area it is basically one large connected town with not a lot of people. It is mabey 10 minuets away. Is it a good idea to get (more) flexible and strong before starting gymnastics?
