Are there any elite gyms in Northwest Indiana or the Chicago area?

What used to be FLIPS and is now Lake Forest Gymnastics Academy had Hailey Klein, who was a top level 10. But that's all I know of in northern IL.

Level 10- BIG, IK, Aspire, Salto in WI
