Parents Elite training

How do we find elite training camps? We are in NYS our gym does not have the elite path ; tops, hope, etc. nor do any local gyms, but my daughter wants to pursue that direction (current level 6). How do we find gyms/camps that have that training? I checked usag website and google but I’m having a hard time. Thank you
