Short version: if you are passionate about what you do, there will always be employers looking to take advantage of your passion.

Your passion makes you more valuable, not less. If your gym doesn't treat you well, you can be just as passionate somewhere else. Never lose sight of this fact

Every gym owner should read it.

I am sure the vast majority would never intentionally exploit their workers, but they may not even realise they are doing it. As a gym owner you are often faced with employees who love their job so much they just want to be there more. And you get things like employees volunteering to help out in other classes or events, just because they love it, not because it's needed.
